“Holds of hunger, gives me the extra fat needed to stay in ketosis and ads a nice creaminess to anything to add it to. Typically used to enhance my ketone salts and keto bomb coffee. Only thing is the lable on Amazon is wrong, had 30 servings at 3 scoops per serving.”
“I just received my second order of this MCT oil powder. I love the product. Question, though, my first container had a ˜scoop that measured 1 tablespoon and now this container has a scoop that measures 2 tablespoons. The serving size is listed as ˜3 scoops. Can someone clarify proper serving size and how much a true ˜scoop is for a serving. Thank you.”
“I prefer using MCT oil powder in my iced bulletproof coffees. Of course, they aren't as pure as liquid MCT oil, so that's a negative, but I do think they make drinks creamier, and without the oil slick that's on top or all over your cup or lid. It's a tradeoff. :-/ I am able to take regular MCT oils without problem, but the powders are hit and miss with regards to the C8/C10 and digestive upset. And it seems more and more are coming out with acacia fiber-- and I ~loathe~ those. They're gross, unpalatble, chunky. So I'm glad this one is working so well. I didn't have a problem with this one at all. Also, sometimes you can get a deal if you purchase multiple KMK products at the same time, which is nice.”
