The service and shipping was very fast. After receiving my order, I was so excited to dive into the products that I ordered a double shot of espresso from a cafe and dropped a scoop of the MCT oil powder right in. It mixed beautifully with only a coffee stirrer. It doesn't seem to change the taste or feel of the coffee. I'm a fan!

“I love the powder and getting my mct oil. It does make the coffee creamy for bullet proof coffee and doesn't have a bad taste. I still take it even though I am not folllowing keto I can't say it gave me as much energy as the other brand I got that was a liquid. If you are trying to use less cream for keto this will help.”
