“I tried Kitty Poo for two months. The first month was not good because I saw the bottom of the box after one week. I had to go out and purchase two more boxes of litter. It was extremely dusty and even got into the cat's eyes. At the end of the month, it was extremely hard for me to change. When the second box arrived, I had difficulty getting it into the house. I canceled after two months. I have two four-year-old cats who pee a lot and often found it stuck to the bottom of the box. This was not a good experience for me. Thank you.”
“I love getting a clean box each month. The only complaint I have is that I have to buy litter to add to it because after scooping it out a few weeks, the litter is too low. I wish it came with more litter. But other than that it is a great product.”
“This litter box and litter surprised me! We had been looking for litter that helped with smell. Mostly we had issues with urine smell. These are the only things we could find that actually works! I have used the clay litter for years!”
“Three stars are because the boxes and litter are great quality. It is more sanitary than the typical litter box. The main reason I can’t give this five stars is because the shipping is terrible. Tracking is impossible and it is not fast by any means. I’ve waited close to 14 full days to get the new boxes and by that point, I’m having to go buy litter to change them out and it completely defeats the purpose of this type of service.”
