“My 12 pound cat found this cramped and did not seem to enjoy it. In addition we got the dome and he just kept bumping it off. Bag of litter that arrived had a hole and spilled out upon opening. The litter also did nothing to help with odor control and has been the worst I’ve tried yet. This lasted a week before I went back to the large domed litter box my cat seems to prefer.”
“Overall I have been satisfied with KPC. It’s very convenient and the quality of the products has been good- no leaks and minimal stink. However, there isn’t nearly enough litter for my cat for 4 weeks. I’ve had to supplement with extra litter, and given that the appeal of this is the convenience, that’s not ideal. Additionally, it takes a while for the orders to arrive once they’re placed. Given the price, I’d expect to not have deal with either of those issues. So overall, I’d recommend this service, but with some reservations.”
“I didn't think my cat would take to it and I'd end up with poop outside the box. I was hesitant introducing a new one, getting rid of the old. However, my cat transitioned nicely and she seems to be more regular now than she was before the switch. She is more comfortable using it, maybe because of the type of litter or the side panels for privacy but she uses it!”
