“I originally reviewed this product as 5 stars because the odor control is so amazing (and it is). I only had the litter box for three weeks and when I moved it, I noticed the wood floor underneath the box was soaked. This box is not soak-proof. I double checked and the inside of the box was soaked as was each layer of cardboard (the top and bottom of the lid). This has permanently ruined my hard wood floors in my home. Kitty Poo Club was nice enough to refund what I spent on the box and litter, but obviously they aren't going to be able to fix my floor. I ended up going back to a regular litter box (plastic) to avoid further damage.”
“I really like the Kitty Poo Box with litter. The lining in box has lasted and kitty litter doesn't leave a bad odor like the store bought litter. Like being able to just throw the box away when other Kitty Poo Delivery gets here. Was having to get clay on my first order because out of the other type that is the soy. Now that I got my second shipment, I have the soy litter and will see which one I like better. If I like soy litter better, hoping Kitty Poo Company will soon not have a problem with being low on supply of it.”
“Much more sanitary then having a plastic litter box. I love throwing it away and setting up the new one. I have two cats so I change it every two weeks. Great investment.”
“I was not real happy with the clay litter. I love Kitty Poo Club though. The clay litter was harder to scoop for me. It stuck more to the box when my cat would pee. I had switched from the fine silica for one box. I do have arthritis so that may be why it was harder to clean for me.”
