“We signed up for the subscription and our kitty passed away a few weeks later. I reached out to see if I could cancel before the next shipment and they were so kind and refunded my money that had already been charged and said to gift the box to someone that could use it. They even mailed me a card about how sorry they were for my cats passing! So sweet, I would recommend especially for the compassion in the saddest time!!! What a great company!
