I had a delivery issue where I didn't get my box after it said it was delivered, and they over-night shipped me a new order. They have an incredible product, and even better customer service!”

“I do enjoy having the box and litter delivered right to my home, I don’t have to lug the big heavy box home from the store. The litter does not smell, and my cats seem fine with it. It think there could be just a little more litter in the box though, that’s why I didn’t give it five stars. Other than that, I’m satisfied andI have recommended it to others.”

“I really like this concept and it saves much work!
I think the clay is good but too heavy!
I currently have the wheat and corn which is much lighter! My cat is a bit reluctant to use it and goes to the basement to use old box
She has used it a couple of times now and it works so hopefully she will continue to use it.”
