“I love this product, but I have yet not to have a problem with delivery. Also, the tracking link in the shipping confirmation does not “work”, so I must manually enter the tracking number into FedEx site. It has never been delivered when promised. I also do not like that I cannot speak with a person when I call.”

“This is my first cat at first i had the plastic box and liners that i hated because my kitten was digging past the liners, but with the kitty poo box she cant, the box is well designed its leak proof and durable, the clay is good and there is no small. Delivery is nice and it all very easy to setup.”
