“Love the product. The product is 5 starts! BUT......the shipping needs work. My box arrives smashed and banged up. Perhaps it's too heavy or the delivery guy doesn't really care, but it's not great. The shipping gets 2 stars only. I wonder if there's anything that can be done about the shipping situation?”

“This liter is a lifesaver. I tried every kind of litter and our game room just stunk. I don’t know what this is made of, but since we’ve been using this litter, no smells whatsoever. And it’s nice to get a new box every month and throw the other box away. We get two boxes for two cats and I would recommend it to everybody”

“Very happy with the product. We have 2 cats who use 1 box. We do buy cat litter to help supplement litter that comes with box. Smell is minimal. Love not having to scrub out a litter box. Only complaint is with FedEx. Several times box has arrived damaged or they will leave it out in the rain. They used to at least put it in a clear garage bag if it was raining, but they no longer do that.”
“The struggle was real! I used an extra large plastic litter box that had a lid. I would gag and have to leave the room 5 times before I could get it emptied. My cat likes the open concept litter box and I like that I can keep it cleaner (the clay litter is awesome and forms solid clumps) and put the lid on when the new one arrives and just change it out without gagging!”
