“The product itself is genius. Recycle and get a new box each month. The litter is good, low dust, no smell. But the bag they give you most definitely cannot last an entire month. I had to buy more litter. Wish there was a bigger bag option. Also one of my cats scratches very aggressively and tears up the box. It would be nice to have more size options”
“Half the time is shows up 2-3 weeks late. And destroyed by the way it’s handled in delivery. My cat has had to wait so long that when she burries the bottom rips snd it’s no longer wsterproof. Also when they ship a replacement (which is really just my next order ahead of time) suddenly there is a protect layer so it will come to me properly. I’ve begged to have them change the shipping to me. Currently they deliver via FedEx then transfer to USPS so my package gets lost frequently; they refuse to do so. I will be taking business elsewhere shortly. I’ve tried I really have but I’m continually called and bc my package is lost.”
“The clay absorbs the odor for sure. BUT, as it starts to get to the bottom or if my cat piddles close to a side, it is really, really hard to pick up the soiled clay. It sticks to the bottom/side, and it's hard as a rock. Very difficult to pick up because it sticks terribly, especially to the bottom. Also, I think it's too much time between deliveries. I STILL have not received my order, and there is barely any litter left. These are my comments. Thank you, Lynne Milliot”
