“I really love this service, as it works perfectly for my 1 indoor cat and I definitely notice the improvement in litterbox smell now that we toss the entire thing every month. I did notice a change in the base as of the last 2 months... it doesn't seem to repel moisture as well as before and seems a bit less effective in general. I hope the company takes note and changes it back to the original design.”
