“My husband and I love kitty poo club. We save so much money using it over traditional litter boxes and supplies. We both prefer the clay litter over the silica. The silica is very hard to scoop.”
“Your product is absolutely right when it says no odor! The other litter boxes I used would hold strong odor even though I would put fresh litter after cleaning them out. After setting up the two kitty poo boxes, the next day I walked into the litter box room and I immediately realized wow there is no odor at all and it stayed that way the entire time until I just now switched the old boxes out for the new ones. I'm very excited just for that right there!! It was very easy to throw away the old boxes and set up the new ones! So far I'm very happy with your product!! Thank You!!”
“Absolutely love the product and the thought of this subscription…. But the delivery of this monthly service is ridiculous!!! It literally passes my house and takes 3 more days to work it’s way back to my house after that… they are prompt to take my $$ every month but it takes a minimum of 15 days for my package to arrive to my door..”
“I have tried all of the litters and there is not even close to enough litter for a full month (we have one kitty). I always have to supplement with store bought litter which seems to defeat the purpose of this service. You all have always been so wonderful with your customer service and I appreciate that so much. I wonder why you give so little litter (is that aLITTERataion? Lol)? I want to continue with you guys but I am “litter”ally frustrated.”
“I am having trouble with my cats urinating in the corners & sides of the boxes. It sticks to the box & trying to clean it sometimes tears the side of the box. Very disappointed but love the fact that there is no smell! Any suggestions? If this continues I will have to return to the usual litter boxes & cancel my order with you.”
