“Love being able to toss the box after 4 weeks and just put a clean one in place. Very convenient. But I run out of litter that is provided and have to supplement with my own. I even picked up a second bag which I used about half of already in addition to the bag that came with the box. That would be my only complaint- more litter please!”
“The litter is what is expected. We tried the other kinds but our cats will only use the clay litter even after giving them several months to adjust. The service is great and customer service is awesome. I would say it’s the same as litter from the store but I don’t have to go out and bring it home and it’s nice to have a “clean box” every 2 weeks.”
