“I am overall very happy with the service. I love how easy the litter box is to assemble and the high walls prevent spill-over. My only gripe is that the bag of litter isn’t enough to fill the box - it’s maybe 1.5-2” to the bottom. This causes my cat to scratch excessively on the cardboard trying to cover her poo. Slightly more litter being included each month and I’d have zero complaints.”

“It would be perfect if there was a low profile option for the side. Our box slides in sideways so the front cut-out isn’t useful. Otherwise, I love the convenience and quality of the product.”
