“It took a few days for my cat to accept that this was his new litter box. Hed sniff it and step on it, but seemed mildly offended when his toes touched the silicone litter. But, after about 4 days with no extra effort on my part, he just jumped right in and started using it! He has been using it ever since, the old litter box and its stinky litter are GONE. For those who are wondering about the odor - I would not say that this is completely rid of smell. It does have an odor once my cat started using it, and while it was in my tiny powder room, before the poo was removed from the box, it was mildly noticeable (but SO SO SO much better than the clay litter). Once it was moved to my laundry (about twice the size of the powder room) room to replace his old litter box, the odor is never noticeable at all anymore. My husband and youngest child are incredibly sensitive to dusty and smelly cat litter, and neither of them have complained about this one once. 10/10, no regrets, Im never switching back.”
