“Just started experiencing difficulties with the last three boxes. 2 used, 1 new. Your Companys prior track record with me had been perfect.
The used boxes were soaked through the bottom therefore also affecting the lid as it is housed there during use. Honestly there wasnt a problem with smell until I lifted the box. Good God, I hadnt missed that smell. If Im not mistaken, I read that you had this issue and were addressing it. Im wondering if I just havent received the "new & improved" product.
The new box issue was upon opening the litter was not all contained in the bag. The was apparently a small tear that lead to a larger mess. Just an inconvenience I didnt expect & hadnt encountered before, thankfully.
