“I love this set up. I love the efficiency. I love the low maintenance----- I love everything about it; and I hope I can be in this "club" for as long as I have a cat.
The only thing that is annoying is the delivery. It never arrives when it's supposed to. (not even close)....so I'm never sure if it's just late, lost, or never coming. The tracking system is worthless. Perhaps the box could be mailed sooner to allow for this "delivery delay". (thanks for listening)”

“I was gonna email you guys there, there has been a problem with my last 2 orders of the plastic sides NOT fitting the sides of the boxes...Please look into this matter other than that I LOVE the convience of this product and the easy of getting new litter and getting rid of the old”

“Great product, only feedback is the plastic side pieces are very fiddly to put on and you have to cut open the bag of litter so I almost always have to stop mid task and go find scissors. If it was notched on the side it could be ripped open easily.”

“I love that the fine grain silica doesn't clump. It's very easy to scoop up solids and dispose of them in the toilet. There's very little dust when setting up a new box and I've never detected any odor. Well worth the cost!”
