Tips that might help: try a litter mat at the box entrance, reduce the litter depth a bit, and gently shake or sift the litter to remove clumps before you scoop. If you’d like, we can suggest a low-tracking option or send tips via email.

“Everything is great EXCEPT the plastic support pieces. Their quality has gone down since I initially became a customer (2022-2023). I am having an increasingly hard time with the plastic supports. That being said, for a house with 4 cats, you would never know there are cats until you lay eyes on one - there is no odor with these litter boxes at all. Great product overall.”
