“My cats are picky. They started pooping outside their litter box when I left for a week and the irresponsible neighbor I left them with didn’t clean out their litter for a week. Needless to say I haven’t gone on vacation again after that. I’ve tried all sorts of litters- sensitive paws, problem cats, other silica litters... but my girl has sensitive paws and my boy dominates them! So I now have 3 litters for my 2 cats. They favor one, which I have to change every 4 weeks but the other 2 are extras that they use only for urinating once in a while. One is in my upstairs bathroom so my girl goes there at night so she doesn’t have to go downstairs. I only have to change that one every 8 weeks. They use the 3rd litter very sparingly and I’ve had it for 3 months without any smell. So this litter is really good at eliminating odors and I think it really will last 4 weeks for one cat. I also love that it is made of natural minerals and is biodegradable. For all that, it’s worth the price!”

“I really wanted to love the fine grain (switched from larger silica, but I find that it tracks quite a bit (and this is after they have to walk over two litter mats, jump up on something, etc. Both cats shake the dust off when they come out (think soaking wet dog), and I find it irritates my lungs if they scratch vigorously, and when I change out the whole box. The cats do like and, and it does a great job dealing with odor in the first week or so. We do swap out the whole box slightly more frequently than 2x week because we really don't have space for a 2nd.”
