The only thing that is annoying is the delivery. It never arrives when it's supposed to. (not even close)....so I'm never sure if it's just late, lost, or never coming. The tracking system is worthless. Perhaps the box could be mailed sooner to allow for this "delivery delay". (thanks for listening)”

“I was gonna email you guys there, there has been a problem with my last 2 orders of the plastic sides NOT fitting the sides of the boxes...Please look into this matter other than that I LOVE the convience of this product and the easy of getting new litter and getting rid of the old”
