“I like this service. It does really eliminate the smell and the hassle of a traditional litter box. I currently use the fine grain silica. It is easy for the cats to kick it out of the box though. My only complaint is with the shipping. They give me an arrival date but it always gets pushed back. Not sure if this is their fault or the shipping company. Other than that this is a great product.”

Sorry to hear about the shipping delays—that’s frustrating when arrivals get moved. “My original order was the chunkier silica, kind of harsh on paws. The finer silica seems to be more "kitty friendly".
