“I have no complaints with the litter boxes but for the past several months I’ve been notified that they will be delivered on a certain date and it has been four or five days late arriving. Perhaps it’s a Fed Ex issue but thought you would want to know.”
Thanks for letting us know about the delivery timing. FedEx does use an estimated delivery system, and sometimes those estimates can change depending on weather, route taken, etc. We’ll look into it with the carrier and aim to improve the experience. 😊
