“I love the disposable litter box for my cats. The side plastic pieces to hold the box open is harder to attach to the sides than the original boxes I bought The shipping takes too long as well”

“The boxes are great. Those get 5 stars. Every other aspect of the website and general process, 2 stars.
I take issue with the horrible shipping (FedEx's problem) and the even worse website. I canceled my subscription and it took 10 minutes because of the complicated process and repeated attempts get one to stay. Trying to just cancel a subscription and switch to a different auto ship is even worse. It should not take 20 minutes to try and sign in, then 10 more to navigate to the auto ship schedule. No, tgere are two, so one has to find the right one.
Good riddance. I'll miss the nice disposable boxes, though.”
