“I had received my first box and it arrived safely, but it was down pouring the box. Integrity was no longer there. They sent me a new box ASAP free of charge and gave me the suggestion of having two boxes delivered every two months to put in a larger package to protect from the weather. This was a very helpful solution and I have not had a problem yet.”
