“I'm really happy with this product: odors are a near myth now, and clean up is very easy. I'd also like to talk about the Kitty Poo Club's customer service. I had a small issue when my box was left out in the rain, and I sent an email stating it was not their fault at all, but if there was a way we could include a note on the package to leave it under my awning when delivered. Not only did they do this, they also sent me a replacement box. It was quite an incredible thing to do and solidified my patronage. Thank you!”
