“These boxes are fantastic if you don’t want washing out plastic cat boxes lining over your head all the time. Easy to put together, the lids do a great job keeping litter from being kicked out of the box. My only nit picky comment would be the size. I have the largest boxes for my cats (they are 14 and 6lbs) and I can’t imagine using one of the smaller sizes even for my smaller cat. Other than that fabulous product!!!! Just get it :)”

“My cat likes to back into corners to pee so I have a very hard time finding a litter box high enough for him to keep his pee inside the box. I’ve tried the ones with lids and because they come apart to clean the cat just ends up peeing into the seam and it’s an even bigger mess than when he scoots over the side and pees outside of the box. For a while my dad would cut and sand an opening on those big storage totes and that was working but they are hard to get completely clean as the cat scratches in the plastic get dirty and never really get clean no matter how much you wash it, and since it has to be cut and sanded for an opening it was just too much work to constantly replace the Rubbermaid totes. This is the highest litter box I have found and I got the little dome topper to make it even higher. I keep puppy pee pads on the floor under it and I have not had any issues. My cat has kidney problems and pees an extremely large quantity once per day and even with all of that going on the box has not leaked and he has not been able to scoot over the top of the box to pee on the floor. The best part is you can get a new box each month and not have to scrub the plastic ones. I use my own litter because it changes colors to warn me if there’s a health problem, but it works great in this box.. I’m on my third month using it and I highly recommend.”
