“We recently moved from Ohio to Florida. We drove with a two day stop in Georgia. The Kitty Poo Litter Box was the answer to our dilemma. How do you travel interstate with a cat? When we stopped for gas, we would park for a bit and unfold the Kitty Poo box. Our cat, Lily, would use the box, get a drink and a snack, and we drove on! The box folded back up for easy transport to the next stop. While staying at my sister's house in Georgia, the box was not only handy, but already familiar to Lily. NO ACCIDENTS! Great product for everyday use also. Highly recommended!”
“I am very satisfied with the Kittypoo Club, but my only complaint is that the new boxes seem to get wet on the bottom. I even tried putting a pee pad between the box and lid, still leaks, even changing my delivery to every 3 weeks instead of 4, still have a wet bottom box.”
“My cat Ben is a digger. By using the Box Only option I can continue to use the light weight Glade scented litter we're both used to. Because of small 1bed apt I need to have the litter box in my bedroom with a 3 panel screen divider. All in all this is great option if you do not have a outdoor place to wash a traditional litter box.”
“My review probably won't make it online, but here goes anyway! Last months box had no plastic bottom. I keep a rug under the box to keep the litter from traveling. It got wet. The cat urine soaked the box bottom. The litter does not evaporate the urine anymore. It did, when I first started in the club. I told everyone how wonderful it was. I even had friends come by & clean my litter box just to see if it was everything I said it was. Last month I got the fine litter. This month I got the course. Both came in generic boxes. I used my old plastic litter box. Big disappointment again. Why, why, why did you change the way you were doing things. It was perfect. If it was a money issue, you should explain the situation to your customers. I would be willing to pay a few dollars more for the litter I used to get. I can almost guarantee most of your customers would also. I am cancelling my auto ship again. I quit for a while and then started back again, hoping things would be better. I will watch for an announcement about a price increase brought on by supply cost increases. I will also order an occasional box just to see if you have changed things back. I'm so disappointed. Something as good, as what you had, should not change. Explain, to us the reason for the difference, please. Raise the cost even, go back to how you started. Sincerely Violetta Smith”
