“I have a two year old Siamese cat and he has never used a Silica-type litter before… I really love the idea behind the brand and what they are trying to achieve, but unfortunately my cat wasn’t very happy as he’s not super good with this type of litter. I love that Kitty Poo Club offers a variety of litter types, so now i am becoming somewhat knowledge in the different types of cat litters that are offered.”
“My kitty had never used silica litter so we gave it a try. Excellent for keeping smell down. He didn’t seem to mind it. For me it was a cleaning issue as he tracked it everywhere. I have laminate floors & as he kept from the box you could hear it scatter across the floor. Stepping on a piece in bare feet is like stepping on a Lego OUCH! I know there are litter mats that help some with this but if I have a mat or rug there he will use it instead of the box. So overall litter quality is excellent just had to loose one star because of how traceable it is. Going back to the datomite litter & sticking with KittyPoo Club.”
“I do love the box and changing that each month!! But I am having a problem with my cat tracking all the litter I try. It is not necessarily your litter she tracks a lot of litter. I do like how it doesn't smell at all for the month. So I would be extremely happy if there was a truly non tracking litter.”
“Yes, it takes some work, for us every 4 weeks for 4 boxes, but it is so much easier after that it is great. No smell and very little tracking. The Kitty Poo people are so nice and do such a nice job. The works comes the fact we are not young people, but for someone else it should be a breeze.”
“I was skeptical at first about this concept but washing out my cats' plastic litter box every 2 weeks was getting tiresome so I caved and got the subscription. Wow! What took me so long? The box is very durable and my cats use it with ease. I like that I can recycle the box. I'm a believer. I do add extra silica crystals since three of my four use the box to make it last the 2 weeks.”
