“I love the fact that the litter and its box arrive on my front porch every month, and I do like the new rounded end side supports for the sides. I am not fond of the new sides with their many folded spots which make it harder for me to install the white plastic supports. I have always made the entrances to my two litter boxes on the long side. I realize you are trying to accommodate the greatest number of customers; it's just awkward for me to set it up...”

“The price is a bit high and this litter doesn't cover up stinky well but the box itself is durable, and they system is dependable with the exception of shipping. Takes way too long to get delivered. My box took 7 days to arrive. FeEx always takes so long.”

“This litter is so convenient, never smells and, If my cat were not such a thrower, it would be perfect. I love just getting my next batch in the mail. I need to consider a type that doesn't roll around or feel like legos when I step on a piece. Do you have any advice for that? It 's not just litter. She throws her food too and even with frequent vacuuming, there is always a mess in Xena's little corner of the house which seems to track/roll/migrate to every other corner of the house. I am a huge fan of the whole Kitty Poo process, just somewhat dismayed by the way Xena deals with it.”

- Try a larger, heavier litter pellet or litter mats around the litter area to cut down on tracking.
- Consider a litter box with a lid or a corner box to reduce spill when she hops out.
- A low-dust, low-tracking formula and a larger litter scoop can make cleaning easier and help keep mess contained.

“I (stupidly) cancelled my subscription after 18 months because I moved overseas and they didn’t ship to my location. After only one month of going back to regular litter and litter box, I had had enough. I now ship to friend who ships to me. I’m willing to pay more shipping to get my order (if that tells you anything). I prefer it. Our cat prefers it. We refer to the location where her litter box is as “The Kitty Poo Club”. Makes it sound more like a disco and less like a litter box because that’s how we feel. Just so happens that it’s the storage closet too. Where are the light bulbs? Kitty Poo Club. Have you seen the shop towels? Kitty Poo Club. I feel like we need a disco ball. Forget expensive automatic litter boxes. KPC is the best! No smell. Limited mess. Super EASY cleanup. And customer service? The best!!”
