“I love the product. What I don’t love is FedEx delivery; they do not deliver it where I have requested, we live on acreage and they leave it by the road and out in the weather. We have been out of town and have had to have our neighbor go rescue it. Every time , I reach out to FedEx with my concern and they reply with “thank you for your feedback” but nothing changes. There are times I consider dropping my order just because of FedEx.”
