“This litter does track and is dusty when you stir it. The crystals are clear to start but turn yellow as soon as urine is mixed with it which isn't pleasant to me visually. plus it takes on a new unpleasant scent within just a few days. I'll be trying other litter with Kitty Poo to see if I can find one that I'm happy with. Not having to scoop as much would be the only positive to this litter.”
“I was skeptical about switching to the silica litter. I tried it last month, and I am pleasantly surprised. There is no smell. It really works as promised. My cat is 10.5yrs, and I was concerned that she would object, but she has not.”
“My mother has the nose of a bloodhound and she says she can’t tell I have animals in my home. The cleaning and disposal is easy. There isn’t dust. My kids miss days of scooping and I still don’t notice. This is the best litter by far!”
“After trying both this and the fine silica, this is definitely preferred. There is some kick up, but much, much less dust. I have both this and regular clay litter and my two cats seem to use them about the same. I love the easy clean up after the month is over, but I will say that this started to smell after about two weeks, maybe they were actually peeing more in this than I thought? Not a deal breaker, just something we are still working on to get the best fit of litter for us”
