“I love this subscription service and the fact that my cat’s litter room no longer smells awful. This truly gets rid of the “cat litter smell” that cat owners deal with. However, the box is a bit too small for my elderly cat’s preference (18 years old), and the entrance into the box is too high for her arthritis so she does not like to use it. I would love to see a larger box made with a lower side of entry. My younger cat (3 years old) has no problems. Lastly, I know it is a Covid supply issue but I haven’t been able to get the “fine grain silica” which is both mine and my cat’s preference in litter type.”
“I really like the silica litter but my cats don't, to the point where they poop and pee just in front of the box. I will have to go back to the clay litter.”
“I just can't carry heavy bags of litter any more. I tried another brand of fine silica litter and my cat tracked it everywhere despite several mats. This larger silica litter does not track much. Two caveats: 1) by the end of the month period, there really wasn't enough litter left to make my cat comfortable with it, so I have ordered another bag to supplement next time. 2) If you want the litter to last the full month without odor, be diligent about daily removal of solids and stirring.”
