“Mr. Kitty had no issues switching from his old litter to the silica. There is less tracking and no more smelliness(sp). The cost is a little more than store bought litter, but it evens out in the end. No need to buy cleaner for the box. I recommend this product to anyone with a kitty.”
“I would highly recommend this product a few months ago but not since I changed the litter. I tried the clay litter just once to see how it worked but was very disappointed so I attempted to change back to the fine silica. I've been a customer for over a year but now I cannot change back to what was working before the clay. Instead, they sent me the jumbo silica which is very messy and my cat isnt impressed eirher. This seems very unfair and unacceptable so I'm thinking I might have to go back to my own box and litter. This was a great product and very convenient but customer service must be disabled just like the fine silica.”
“I think they’ve limited litter choices and silica litter is no longer available. I love the idea of tossing the box and setting up a new one routinely. I do not like the idea of having to scoop clumping litter as my cat has kidney problems and it’s a mess!”
