“I love it but I would love it more if there was a cut out in the short side. I cut my own so it fits in the cat litter box table, but maybe ypu all could consider this as an option.”

“I am on my 2nd box from Kitty Poo club. Everything is wonderful. My only complaint is that it takes 5-6 days from the time it is shipped to it arriving at my house. I changed my time interval from every 4 weeks to every 2 weeks. Because with 2 cats it needs to be changed every 3 or 4 weeks. My first switch over was easy. Remember to keep the lid of the package to put on the old, dirty box. It helped package it up.”
“Received the wrong litter and got course grain in one box received. One cat tried to eat it and both use the other box with the fine grain instead. Always been happy with customer service however when I reported the wrong litter received, instead of just sending another bag, I was asked to locate the bar code, and this took a total of 4 days.”
