“I had never tried crystal litter before, it really absorbed the liquid and odor without adding tons of weight! I am using the auto replacement and will get more than one.”
“I really wanted to like this product. This is an excellent concept that is nothing more than a concept. I have used the large box with a dome lid and the clumping litter. I have 3 cats and I do not have the space for 3 boxes, so I signed up for 2 boxes every 3 weeks, which brings to me issue one. The shipping via Fed Ex is completely unreliable. On two occasions over the last six months, the company has had to reship my order because it was more than 5 days without an update from Fed Ex, which means my 3 week-old litter box is now at least 5 weeks old and stinks to high heaven despite the fact that I scoop daily. The clumping litter works well for about one day and then gets muddy in the corners, which requires scraping to remove and then renders the box unable to be recycled- issues two and three. My recycling company does not collect animal waste and I do not want my container to smell like animal waste, particularly in the summer. The dome is useless for keeping litter inside the box if you have cats that dig- issue four. This product is shipped unreliably, it does not control odor and can't be recycled if the litter adheres to the box. It also makes a huge mess when your cat digs or kicks. I just cancelled my auto-ship. My last order was supposed to be delivered on July 31st. I'm still waiting.”
“The concept was ideal and convenient. The cardboard litter box is durable and easy to dispose. However I wish the crystal litter option was more fine like “pretty kitty””
“I was a bit hesitant to try this as most cat owners I know said that cats don’t like changing litter. Not being a very knowledgeable cat owner I was afraid to try. After my Husband passed recently I was then in charge of Trouble. Yes, that’s her name as she is a lot of trouble. He use to sat with her for hours. the one thing I really hated was cleaning out the clumps of waste and hauling that heavy litter. I was over it so tried Kitty Poo. ABSOLUTELY love it and she took right to it. This has made my life so much easier. Wish I had tried it years ago, plus, no SMELL…….thanks Kitty Poo. You are my new best friend. Sandy Money”
