We have two in our house. There are supposed to be white bars that hold the sides of the litterbox up but only one came with it so my cats only use the one. The silica is also hard to fully clean.

Wasn’t quite sure how the cats would take the silica but they have gone right to it. I kept a box of the old stuff so they could adjust. My one cat that doesn’t go out at all went right to it. She jumped right in and did her deed. Both boxes are now being used so will be getting rid of the old one. I do not miss the dust or the left overs on the floor. This is no more expensive then the other I was using and is actually less since I’ll be getting a new box with every order. No more deep cleaning then washing the box, instead just throw it away and open a new one. Gotta Love It!!!

I have mixed feelings about this litter, so I decided not to continue after my first month. It's much more expensive than the other little I normally buy, but I was okay with paying more if it wasn't going to track as badly as my normal litter does. Unfortunately with my cats, that wasn't the case... they made a HUGE mess tracking this litter outside of the box daily. I liked that you just had to scoop the poo and the rest you just stirred in. The box itself also held up great, but it's a bit small compared to the little box I used before. I had high hopes that my days of sweeping litter off the floor every single day would be over after this, but sadly... it still tracks out of the box (even with the mats, yes I bought the mat). Not worth the money in my opinion.

Starts out great, but the white silica breaks down and turns yellow and smelly a couple weeks in. Stirring it does send up a fine dust. Smelly dust. I love it for a few weeks, then I’m impatiently awaiting the next box after that. Cat doesn’t seem to mind.

No cat box smell with silica but don't like that you can see inside the box and watch It turn yellow from absorbing all the urine. The downside is my cat tracks it all over the house
