“We started with Kitty Poo Club before the COVID era, and were immediately impressed by the durable but disposable cardboard box, and its assembly, as well as by the silica litter, which absorbed both urine and odor more completely than we could imagine possible. It's a very clean and hygienic arrangement We had shared our home with cats since the mid-1980s, and had tried all manner of cat-boxes and litters before finding KPC. Their coarse silica has produced the best results for our kitty -- thorough absorption and odor control, maximum cleanliness and minimum exposure to irritants and allergens -- as well as the least effort and bother for me, the designated "litter box guy." My only suggestion for improvement would be to slightly redesign the box so that one can securely fasten it closed at disposal time. So far, we have never had any problems in this area, because we're careful about how we place the box into the garbage carts that are provided (and required!) by the City. One of these days, though, I worry that something unpleasant will occur, and so I hope that our suggested improvement will be incorporated into the box design before such an accident happens.
