“Really love my Kitty Poo Club subscription. My kitty takes to it fine, and it makes life easier in an apartment. However, since receiving a new box with the new insert in the bottom, urine has made its way under the insert and leaked. I just set up the box the day before, so clearly it wasn’t an issue of the box being saturated. Just curious if anyone else is having this issue?”
