Also, your reward system seems to be a “secret “. I think you should notify your customer’s when they have rewards to redeem. Also, a while back you offered a litter scoop for 99 cents, but the shipping charge was ridiculous. Why couldn’t it just be added to the regular shipping? Not very accommodating.”
