“I have loved kitty Poo since I got it since last year and I have shared the product information with many friends but I’m very disappointed when you changed from the plastic liner inside the box to the coating model. It’s not as effective at the bottom of the box gets wet and soggy and the extra line or insert just gets pulled apart by the cats. Please go back to your old model with the plastic on the bottom”
“Love the litter...No smell and easy to clean. I would give 5 stars if it wasnt for the new box. Please bring back the plastic insert. My box still leaks no matter how much plastic coating you put on it!”

“I have 3 cats and very often foster kittens. My oldest female is very picky about her box. If she doesn’t like it she poops right outside the box. With plastic litter boxes if I could get the pee smell out...then it would smell like the cleaning solution. She wasn’t having that either. I did the math on how much I was spending on crystal litter and new boxes...kitty poo club was less.
My only complaint. I wish there was a way to secure the lid back on it when it is done.”
