“I still appreciate the ease and convenience of a disposable litter box, but I made the mistake of trying something new. My cat is now using the floor instead of the box. Yikes And I missed the cutoff to change from the soy litter back to the silica, so now I'm on the hook for the next shipment. My fault, but still a bummer.”

“I love the ease & convenience of using KP, I only wish there was a big Elastic band or other stickers/tape for when it's time to put lid back on. Then it's hard to keep folded ends down to keep lid on and get into trash. Could you make that adjustment for old ladies like me? TIA!”
