“The box is delivered monthly & on time. It is very easy to setup. The old easy to dispose of. My cat seems to like it & I like not having a regular litter box to clean, change litter, etc. The cost is reasonable & you can choose the type of litter. All good for my cat & I.”

“It works very well. I would love the option of a box to open on the short side instead of the long side. Currently, I have to cut the box on the short side in order for it to fit into my small space I have for a litterbox in my tiny house. Also, for a full month the bag of litter should be a little bigger.”

“We enjoy using these for our cats. Initially, we started with an automatic litter box. However, our cat Obsidian never got used to it. It scared him. We tried for many months. I ended up giving it to a friend. Then we had a big reusable plastic one, that was fine for a bit. However, after a while, it gets really gross and yucky even with regular maintenance. I was using the plastic reusable box and kitty poo at the same time , so he had options. We decided to chuck the plastic box and just do straight kitty poo. It’s more earth friendly and works great for us. Our favorite is the soy litter. We’ve tried the grass and the silica? The one like sand , but those were too messy. The only issue I have is our Obsidian gets rambunctious sometimes and often knocks off the side plastic holder and I keep having to add it back. I might try switching to the XL box. That’s just him though. Otherwise, It works great for us.”

“We love Kitty Poo club! With 4 cats it makes things much easier. Plus the boxes are so cute!! I LOVE that y’all offer tofu litter as that’s the only one we can use (asthma cat plus it’s just so good, seriously if you haven’t tried tofu litter you should!!). I would love if you could make something to cover the top completely so that we can replace our other littler box that’s next to the toilet. If we don’t have a top on that one the cats will roll the TP into the box lol. Also just nice to not have to look at the litter when using the rest room. So even just half way covered would be good.”

“I love the box and the litter, and it was easy for my cat to adjust to; but my order is constantly delayed. I wish I had other shipment options besides FedEx. I have never received an order on time, it has always been a few days late.”

Our free shipping option can take 7-10 days for delivery, depending on location. The west coast does tend to see the higher end of those, however we are seeing your orders have had an average transit of 7-8 days, which for CA is within the allotted time frame and a pretty good delivery average.
