“When I clean the litter box daily the urine doesn't stay in the hard round ball. That means the ball gets a bit smusshed at the bottom and the smell radiates through the room. This is the part I hate the most. I'm going to try another month before I give up on it.”

“I have been using kittypooclub for years now, and overall love it and will continue using! My only issue is with the soy litter, it never lasts the whole month :( If I did not buy an extra bag of litter every other delivery, then the box would completely run out of litter. It would probably stay full between deliveries if I did every two or three weeks instead of monthly though. I just don’t want to waste that many boxes, so I buy extra litter.”

We reviewed the account history and found only two support requests during your time as a customer. In one case, we issued a refund after your cat passed away, even though the order had already shipped. In the other, an order shipped after a move because the subscription had been paused rather than canceled, and the shipment had already left our facility before we were notified.
While we understand that situation was disappointing, we always strive to treat customers fairly and consistently. We appreciate the time you spent with Kitty Poo Club and wish you and your pets the very best.
“I love the litter that I put in my cat box. I love it that I scoop everyday but it's just the poop. My cat seems to love it also. I'll have this cat for 2 years come this Halloween. She adjusted well to this box & litter. $30 for a disposable box with litter that lasts a month is a lot cheaper than scrapping litter or change box every 2-3 wks. That was getting pricey. I'll never change back.”
