I love the ease & convenience of using KP, I only wish there was a big Elastic band or other stickers/tape for when it's time to put lid back on. Then it's hard to keep folded ends down to keep lid on and get into trash. Could you make that adjustment for old ladies like me? TIA!

I was disappointed in the actual litter. I got the soy pellets. There’s no oder control, and smells awful.

I've only had the 1 box of litter delivered so far. I do like it. Looking forward to getting the next box and being able to just throw out the new one instead of having to clean it like I did with the regular plastic litter box!

Just finished our first 4-week box, supplemented with our previous litter brand to facilitate the transition. Will need to see how things go a few rounds with 100% new litter before I know for sure. (Will probably need to upgrade my old litter mat because it really doesn't work with the KittyPoo box dimensions.)

Skoon was a sloppy, dusty mess so I came back to Kitty Poo and ordered a litter that my cat's paws tracked for miles (being a little dramatic). I got with customer service and they pointed me in a different direction. I love this soy litter! My cat might track one or two pieces out of the litter box but it's the best so far. I haven't noticed a lot or oder either, but I do scoop at least once a day. Customer service was really helpful so I couldn't be happier. Thank you guys again

I loved the idea of soy litter, but the semi-sweet smell was not of the cats liking and they preferred to use my indoor plants as litter boxes...

It is really good but my cat won't use it.

As recommended for two cats, I ordered two boxes. I set both up at the same time. The first two weeks went well, kept the smell down, and the cats adjusted quickly to the new litter. After that it was horrible. The urine smell was horrendous. Also, too much of the litter gets thrown out when pee clumps. Ideally I would be adding more litter as we clean it out. At 2.5 weeks the boxes smelled horrible and caused our home to start to smell. It's just not cost effective for me to have to order additional bags of litter or replace boxes every 2 weeks.
