Standard Litter Box Dome Long Side Entrance (Side A) Reviews

The dome makes the whole system doable for my cat. She likes to spray high (I know, what’s that about?) and would always seep between the connection point of a conventional litter box. What a mess. This product has our lives so much easier!!!!!

Very easy assembly and keeps the sand inside. My cat likes the open top.

My first box came super fast and was easy to assemble (even though there aren't any directions included). The litter is awesome, I wouldn't ever think to use a non clumping kind, but it doesn't track all over like regular litter! Only downside is my cat urinates a TON and it barely lasts 2 weeks before being grossly saturated. I had to go out and buy a bag in the interim of my next box. The sidewalls aren't very waterproofed so the box is starting to wrinkle. Otherwise I think the service is great!

Walls of box are pretty high so not certain this is even necessary

My cat was use to a covered litter box so I added the Dome. It covers well for when she throws litter, she likes a little more privacy, and it covers the box a little more so you don't have a completely open box.

I really like the dome idea. It was my first time ordering from Kitty Poo Club and I went ahead and ordered the dome because I wasn't sure if the cat I was adopting would be a messy digger or not. (Turns out the dome wasn't really necessary for us, since he usually doesn't dig much or cover anything). It took him a while to start using the Kitty Poo box at first and I took the dome off thinking it might have been scaring him, since some cats don't like lids on their litter boxes. He finally started to use the box after I added in some clay litter to the silica. I haven't tried adding the dome back on yet to see if he'll still use it. I wasn't sure how to assemble the dome at first because it didn't come with instructions, but I found a video on YouTube showing how to put it on the box. It was really easy once I watched someone else do it. The dome looks nice and fits on the box nicely, and I like that it's a alternative to having a full lid.
