“I thought I would share my experience. Your menopause patches have had provided such a significant improvement to my life. I have had the most terrible menopause following a radical hysterectomy for PMDD and as a result I cannot use HRT. I use 3/4 of a patch and put it on my hip each night, alternating sides. From Day 1 I felt calmer and my sleep definitely improved!! I now wake up at 3ish needing the toilet but go straight back to sleep and wake up at 5.30 or even 6am. That is unheard of for me.
The most noticeable improvement, however, is how I wake up. Normally I wake up and I have this overbearing feeling of 'I can't stay in bed a second longer!!' And I have that bug crawling feeling. That's however tired I am, which is normally always a level of utter exhaustion. Being up from 3am was my norm.
But with the patch I am snuggly, happy to snooze and rested. That has improved my life, and my family's life, beyond my wildest dreams.
