“The concept is great and initially it helped with some symptoms especially the brain fog and sleep. But I found it left me nauseous and groggy in the morning so I only used them at night at first as I thought I would let my body get used to the patches for two weeks. Once I started to use them all day though I really didn't feel right. Low mood, tearful and really exhausted. Maybe it's coindidence, but I could feel the difference once I stopped using these patches. I'm now back on the old supplement I was using previously. I was really hopeful for these but sadly they did not agree with me.”
