We sincerely apologize that the item appeared much smaller than expected and felt underwhelming compared to the photos on our website. We completely understand how disappointing this must have been, and we truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We noticed that the wrapper may have been folded, possibly when the flowers were taken out of the paper bag, which could have affected the overall presentation. Photos of the arrangement were also sent prior to delivery for reference. Please be assured that we will continue reviewing our product images and descriptions to better reflect the actual size and presentation.
