Thank you for your honest feedback. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and for not meeting your expectations this time. Tulip sizes may vary depending on the quality and arrival of blooms from our suppliers, as flowers are naturally seasonal and each batch can differ. We understand your disappointment, especially in comparison to your previous order, and we truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Your feedback helps us improve, and we hope to have the opportunity to serve you better in the future.
