“Flowers were fresh. My wifey loves it. However, she noted that the delivery person was kind of rude. He was in a hurry and got mad that she was not able to answer the phonecall right away. The flowers and gift were initially bagged separately but delivery person put them into one bag and put under some other delivery items. The flowers survived, some got crumpled. I am a loyal customer and I noticed that flowers were usually had some extra covers in my previous orders. This time they were not covered.I emailed my comments to Knots already. I grateful that they were open to comments and suggestions. I hope next order will be ok. Thank you very much.”
